Free Parent Workshop - Raising Resilient Athletes

Growing Mindful has been working with the San Carlos Little League for the last 3 years providing mindfulness and resilience training to AAA and Majors teams, as well as workshops for all coaches. Now they are excited to offer a workshop for the SCLL parents! The more we can reinforce and practice these skills, the better!

If you are a SCLL parent, we hope to see you Thursday, March 27th at 7:00pm! Please contact your coach for Zoom details.
