The A's faced off agains the Cardinals in the Majors championship. The Cardinals started things off in the bottom of the first, scoring two runs when Sam Beals scored on an error and Bentley Hird singled on a 1-1 count to bring home the second run.

It was a tough pitchers duel between the Cardinals Austin Perna and the A's Cade Ostrander for four innings before the A's finally got on the board in the top of the fourth inning. Luke Walker grounded out at first base, but scored the first run for the A's.  Cade Ostrander doubled to bring home Thomas Stratton and Carter Moore. James Kauffman reached second on a fly ball error, scoring Cade Ostrander. The A's piled on two more runs in the top of the sixth inning when Reed Murphy scored two with a hard ground ball single to right field.

The A's held on in the bottom of the sixth to close the game and bring home the championship.

Congrats to both teams on a hard-fought battle!
